IGNITE Learning is the learning hub of AMA Consulting Group. It offers practical courses, workbooks, calculators, and tools designed to help entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders make informed decisions and move their ideas forward.
IGNITE is designed for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs, small-business owners, nonprofit founders, and organizational leaders. Established organizations may also find the resources helpful when addressing knowledge or infrastructure gaps.
The content is informed by founder Lanetta Allen’s professional experience, research, and work with small businesses and nonprofit organizations through AMA Consulting Group.
Laney is IGNITE Learning’s mascot and course facilitator. The avatar helps make on-demand learning more engaging and approachable while representing the real person, experience, and research behind the content.

Many courses are available on demand. IGNITE may also offer live or cohort-based learning. Each course page identifies the format, access period, and any specific requirements.
Sign in to your IGNITE Learning account and open your student dashboard. Your enrolled courses should appear there along with available lessons and materials.
Personalized consulting is not included unless the course page specifically states otherwise. Individual assistance may be scheduled separately through AMA Consulting Group.
Put knowledge to work
File formats vary by product. Launch and planning workbooks may be provided as fillable PDFs, while financial planning workbooks may be supplied as Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) files. The product details identify the exact format.
For full functionality, use a current, supported desktop version of Microsoft Excel for Windows or Mac, including Excel through Microsoft 365. Other spreadsheet apps may not preserve every formula, chart, protection, or interactive feature.
